How we collect, use and protect your information.

Who we are

Formmay is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at any time about your data at info@formmay.com.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, so that we can make and deliver your order. When you create an account we hold your name and email address. Newsletter subscribers hold only their email address.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are collected and handled entirely within Stripe's secure checkout — Formmay never sees or stores your card information.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Under UK GDPR you also have the right to object to how your data is processed and to request a portable copy of it. We keep your data only for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our legal obligations.

Sharing

We share your delivery details with our delivery partners strictly to fulfil your order, and payment data with Stripe to process payment. We do not sell your data.
