The terms that apply when you order from Formmay.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email.

Made-to-order goods

Our furniture is made to order. Once production has begun, made-to-order pieces fall outside the standard 14-day cancellation right — we always make this clear before you commit. This does not affect your statutory rights if a piece arrives damaged or faulty.

Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates and begin from order confirmation. Your confirmed delivery window is agreed with you before dispatch.

Returns

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. All content, design and imagery on this site belong to Formmay and may not be reproduced without permission. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
